The school playground is one of the most important features of educational life. As well as what goes inside the classroom, parents, staff and pupils take a keen interest in what goes on out of doors and how each school caters for playtime, outdoor learning and physical activity. With 25 years experience, the team at the Hideout House Company are experts in turning outdoor spaces into truly engaging and educational areas. Our comprehensive range of buildings now include for outdoor classrooms , classroom pods and outdoor shelters . The school playground equipment we supply is of exceptional quality and usually is bespoke. We recognise that outdoor play equipment must be fun and engaging but we also understand that it must be safe and durable so that it withstands frequent use by class after class of energetic and active children during play times. That is why we have recently introduced a range of trim trail play equipment and other playground products which is manufactured entirely out of recycled plastic, which requires minimal on-going maintenance and will last a lot longer than timber (typically five times longer). Recycled plastic also has major eco credentials as it is manufactured entirely out of recycled plastic cartons so it completes the recycling process loop without the need for landfill. As a company, we pride ourselves on our eco related products which teach children about the need to appreciate and protect our planet and environment. Hence the reason we have developed over the years eco friendly play equipment and eco classrooms so that children can actually be part of the sustainability process.
